Working principle of Double tank Carbonator with plate exchange:
The beverage pump extracts the beverage into the degassing tank, degassing it by the vacuum pump, and then pressurizes the liquid in the degassing tank to the plate heat exchanger by the high pressure pump for cooling, and then mixes with carbon dioxide gas, and finally enters the mixing tank for processing the secondary mixing increases the mixing effect to complete the carbonated beverage.
