Main uses and characteristics of 1500BPH 12-12-1 linear type Carbonated soft drink filling line:
1. Purpose: This machine is used for filling carbonated beverages (beer, soda, sparkling wine, cola).
The maximum filling volume is 2000ml; the minimum filling volume is 240ml, which can be applied to glass bottles, polyester bottles (PET), and cans.
The machine is equipped with a high-precision automatic equal pressure filling valve. The filling speed is fast, the bottling liquid level is highly stable, and the air pressure is constant. If there is no bottle during the bottling process, the filling can be automatically stopped. The liquid tank is equipped with an automatic liquid level controller.
According to market demand, the low-cost and high-efficiency transmission system of this machine adopts electromagnetic speed regulation motor, which can be continuously variable.
Handling and installation of the machine:
1. The machine should be unpacked on site during installation. Before unpacking, check whether the packaging is in good condition. Do not use a sledgehammer when unpacking. After unpacking, first check the accessories and spare parts according to the packing list and make a record. .
2. The machine should be installed on a flat and firm foundation surface. For example, the workshop floor is solid and flat, and no additional foundation is needed.
When making the foundation, the power wire pipe should be buried. The machine should be reliably grounded.
3. The machine should be placed steadily on the foundation, and the machine foot bolts should be adjusted to keep it level. If the machine is tilted, it will not only cause the jitter of the machine, but also tilt the liquid level in the cylinder, making filling work difficult.
4. The insulation of the motor and controller should be checked, and the insulation resistance should be greater than 1.5 megohms.
5. Only after the machine is installed and the electrical system is safe and reliable, can the test run be started.
