Description of Plastic bottle CIP cleaning CSD beverage carbonated drink filling line
Filling system:
The material mixed with carbon dioxide is directly injected into the liquid cylinder of the carbonated beverage filling machine through the pipeline. Between the mixer and the filling machine, we use a pneumatic membrane valve to control the stable material flow and slowly enter the filling liquid cylinder. Pneumatic valves and solenoid valves will cause turbidity in the cylinder due to excessively fast material flow rate, and the principle of equal pressure filling is used for fixed liquid level filling. In the carbonated beverage production line, the bottle enters the carbonated beverage filling machine (commonly known as the three-in-one equal pressure filling machine in the industry) by the air duct and the bottle mouth under the action of wind, and the bottles are washed, filled and capped in sequence.
Packaging system:
1. Light inspection box (used for product shape inspection, liquid level inspection and liquid impurity inspection);
2. Bottle warming machine (increase the temperature of the material in the bottle from 3°C to room temperature, otherwise a lot of dew will be produced on the bottle wall when exposed to hot air, and the box will be wet after packaging)
3. Blow dryer (used to blow dry the water on the bottle);
4. Inkjet printer (used to mark the production date);
5. Labeling machine (divided into sleeve labeling and labeling, depending on the bottle);
6. Packaging machine (divided into film packaging machine and carton packaging machine, depending on the actual situation).
