Description of 4000BPH Air conveyor empty bottle supply water auto bottle filling machine
1. Our 4000BPH CGF12-12-4 Bottled water automatic filling line, suitable for 250 ml to 2L bottled mineral water bottles.
2. According to different water quality conditions, the range of industrial reverse osmosis drinking water purification equipment is from 250 LPH to 20000 LPH.
3. The basic high standard bottle blowing machine and plastic packaging machine should be fully synchronized with the bottled water filling line.
Conveyor belt
Drive plate feeding star wheel, suitable for different bottle sizes, without changing the height of the machine
304 stainless steel cleaning pump
All 304 stainless steel washing head, spray injection design, save water consumption and clean 304 stainless steel holder with plastic pad, ensure the bottle is minimized in the cleaning process
Filling part
High precision filling nozzle, PLC variable signal control, ensure high filling precision gravity filling, smooth filling, all 304 stainless steel contacts and liquid storage tank, fine polishing, easy to clean, no bottle, no filling
Capping part
Placement and capping system, electromagnetic capping head, with unloading function, to ensure that the bottle will be minimized in the capping process. All 304 stainless steel structure, no bottle, no cap, automatic stop in case of lack of bottle
