The whole machine adopts waterproof and thermal insulation design. Special heat insulation materials are added to the furnace wall to keep the entire furnace body at room temperature and never hurt the operator. The furnace body is equipped with two windows at the front and the back, and is equipped with a special door buckle design to keep it sealed. , So that the energy is never leaked, and can be quickly turned on at any time, so as to deal with inverted bottles and blockages in the furnace.
Tunnel type is good for steam radiation inside but will not discharge easily. It is good for steam saving. The equipment is with steam control valve to avoid steam blow wastage. Inside tunnel, there are steam generating pipes, with pipes position adjustment, can be suitable for different shape and different size of bottles.
Remained steam will be brought out to plant through 0.18KW air blower. Steam pressure is adjustable. Shrink effect is perfect and will not hurt the label. Need steam generator or boiler to work together.
Show winder in front and back will be easier for inside situation checking and maintenance; Show winder closing is by heat resistant telfon for well steam blocking inside;
Tray underside tunnel will be useful for condensate water collecting; Stand at bottom is easy for height adjustment;
Steam jetting pipes inside is multi direction adjustment for all shape-size bottles-labels;
